Munising Trail Report 12-30-2016

The lake effect snow machine kicked on again here in Munising.  Colder temps have returned and fresh powder has improved conditions.

Grooming has begun again but the groomed trails are still rough in spots.  The forest roads are better riding.  Lot of sleds have rolled into town for the New Years Weekend.

Ride safe and have a Happy New Year.

Munising Trail Report 12-25-16

Merry Christmas from Munising, MI.

We had a warm up and the snow has settled.  The groomed trails are in pretty rough shape, and grooming is suspended for now.  The forest roads are still pretty good riding.  We currently have around a foot of snow on the ground.  It’s back below freezing now but it’s supposed to hit the 40’s tomorrow.  Then the cold and snow returns.

Ride safe and best wishes for a Happy Holiday Season.
